<p>The Military Police Criminal Investigation Division has opened an investigation into the incident that occurred on Friday in the city of Hebron, in which a Palestinian Arab infant was killed and two other Palestinian Arab civilians were wounded by fire from IDF forces.</p><p>According to an IDF statement, the decision was made following a preliminary review conducted by the Military Police Criminal Investigation Division. Upon completion of the investigation, the findings will be transferred to the Military Advocate General's Corps for examination.</p>

<p>Due to a demonstration on the light rail tracks near the Shivtei Israel Station, and per instructions from the Israel Police, train service was suspended between Ammunition Hill Station and the Central Bus Station.</p><p>The light rail is currently operating on a partial schedule between Neve Yaakov and Ammunition Hill, and between the Central Bus Station and Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center. Full service along the line is expected to resume once the tracks are cleared.</p>
